By accessing or using uscarequotes.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

The Site and the questionnaire on it are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old and located in the United States. By submitting the form, you represent that you meet both conditions and that you are the subscriber or customary user of any phone number you provide.
3. Description of service
USCare Quotes is a comparison and information service operated by WestCrew Networks. We are not an insurance company, we are not an insurance agency, and we do not sell, underwrite, or issue insurance policies. When you submit the questionnaire, WestCrew Networks may contact you directly about final expense or life insurance products. Any resulting quote, offer, application, or policy would ultimately be issued by a separately licensed insurance carrier — not by USCare Quotes.
4. No insurance advice
Nothing on the Site constitutes insurance, legal, financial, or tax advice. Content on the Site, including product comparisons and FAQ answers, is general information only and may not reflect the specific terms, pricing, or availability of any product in your state. Speak with a licensed agent about your specific situation before making a decision.
5. No guarantee of coverage or rates
Submitting the questionnaire does not create an insurance policy and does not guarantee that you will be offered coverage, approved for coverage, or offered any particular rate. Acceptance, pricing, and policy terms are determined solely by the licensed insurance carrier that ultimately offers you coverage, based on underwriting factors including your age, health, and the information you provide.
6. Accuracy of information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using the Site. Inaccurate information may affect whether you are ultimately offered coverage by a licensed insurance carrier, and may affect the validity of any policy you obtain.
7. Intellectual property
The Site's design, text, graphics, logos, and the USCare Quotes name and mark are the property of WestCrew Networks or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written permission.
8. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. 11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WestCrew Networks, its officers, employees, and agents from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms of Use or your misuse of the Site.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that the courts located in Islamabad, Pakistan have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use or your use of the Site. This section governs which country's law applies to this agreement and where a dispute would be heard; it does not affect the consumer privacy rights described in our Privacy Policy, which apply to residents of the U.S. states listed there regardless of where USCare Quotes is incorporated or where data is processed. The Site and its services are marketed to United States residents age 18 and over.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Use is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
14. Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms of Use at any time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
